Programme overview.

The abc programme for success is based on tailor-made, individual coaching. We carry out a needs analysis which focuses on aspects that are specific to the sector and activities concerned. In this way, we are able to design an individual schedule for each participant.

The participant is accompanied by his/her trainer during the entire duration of the course. Lessons in grammar, small talk, preparing for and understanding presentations, these are just some of the aspects we look at – the programme utilises all kinds of media and is carefully timed. Our language and business trainers work hand in hand for maximum efficiency; they focus on personal learning modules and give continuous feedback.

Trainers and participants alike spend relaxing breaks on the shores of the lake or an evening visiting a restaurant or cinema together; these occasions also serve to further the development of language competence in a relaxed atmosphere. If required, we will also take care of the families of participants. We will do all we can to see that they feel at home and comfortable in their new environment.
